Delivery Information 
Aussieflowers delivers daily across all Capital Cities. For country orders please contact the florist of that city.

 

We deliver daily Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and also Saturday from 8am to 12pm. We of course deliver flowers for special occassions such as Mothers Day and Valentines Day. 

 

Every attempt will be made to ensure prompt delivery. Orders received before 11am will be delivered on that day orders received after 11am will be delivered the next day or on the desired date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied please let us know immediately and we will replace the flowers/gift ordered.

Substitution Policy

Our aim is always to provide 100% satisfaction however occasionally; substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the unavailability of certain flowers. To maintain the appearance and spirit of the bouquet, we follow these substitution guidelines: . Care is taken to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement.

 

The colours of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal value. With our Gift Baskets we may have to substitute products occasionaly but always the value and quality will be maintained.
